Absolutely. You can easily renew your policy through the Customer Hub by following these steps.
1. Log in to the Customer Hub
2. Select 'Renew policy' on the relevant policy
3. Take some time to read your documents, and check that nothing has changed
4. Tick the box in the ‘What happens next?’ section
5. Select ‘Confirm’ to complete your renewal if you are paying monthly, or ‘Renew Policy Now’ if you are paying annually to go to the payment screen.
6. Select the card you wish to pay with, or select 'Enter New Card Details' to add a new
card.
Once payment has been made, you should then see a ‘Thank You’ confirmation message, and
then you’ll be renewed for another year.
