That's really simple! You can add or edit the driver(s) on your policy 24/7 in the Customer Hub. We apply a reduced service charge of £15 for changes made online.
To edit an existing driver’s details:
- Login to the Customer Hub and click 'Make a Change'
- Choose the date when you would like the change to be effective
- From the drop-down, choose 'Change additional drivers' and click 'Confirm'
- Next to the driver you want to edit, click ‘Amend’
- Edit the driver’s details as needed, and then click ‘Confirm Driver’s Details’
- Click 'Get Quote'
To remove a driver from your policy:
- Login to the Customer Hub and click 'Make a Change'
- Choose the date you would like your change to be effective
- From the drop-down, choose 'Change additional drivers' and click 'Confirm' to proceed
- Next to the driver you want to edit, click ‘Remove’
- Click 'Get Quote'
You'll see a quote for any increase or decrease in your premium as a result of your change of address or any other amendments before you decide to proceed. There may be a change to your premium as a result of this change. If you add any additional premium to your monthly payments, it will cost more than paying it off in full. Accepting the new quote will make the amendments to your policy, and your documents will be updated online.
