How do I cancel my policy?

If you would like to cancel your policy, please get in touch on 0330 343 8814.

For policies of more than 30 days, a 14-day cooling off period applies. If your policy is for 7, 14 or 30 days, there is no cooling off period, due to the short-term nature of the policy. If you have an annual policy and you cancel after the 14-day cooling off period, you may be entitled to a refund, provided you have not made a claim. This is based on the time elapsed since taking out the policy, minus an administration fee. You can find details of our refund policy and cancellation charges on our policy details page. Refunds are not available if you have made a claim.
