If you have provided a valid email address, PremFina will send you an email with a weblink and instructions on how to sign online. This link will take you directly to your credit agreement, where you can review it and E-Sign at the bottom of the document. Please note that the link to E-Sign is valid for 60 days.
If you have not provided a valid email address, your agreement will be sent by post. It is important that you sign your credit agreement, so you will also receive reminders via email and SMS if it is not returned.
If you’ve already returned your agreement by post but are still receiving reminders, please allow up to 10 days for it to be received and processed.
