When you receive an error message saying you are already registered, this may be as a result of you having previously tried to register but not activating your account with the verification code.
If you can’t find the email containing the verification code in your inbox or junk folders, or you think you may have deleted the email in error, it’s not a problem. You will just need to log in using your email address and password, where you will be taken to the verification page again. From here, select ‘Resend Code’ and you will receive another code to activate your account.
If you are unable to remember your password, you can select the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link from the log in page.
